Not responsible for missing time of pickup due to weather, car problems, accidents.
Reservations Cancelations: For car services any reservations cancellations prior to 24 before pickup incurs a 20% cancellation fee.
Any cancellations or noshows by customer on day of reservation is charged full price.

For Stretch Limo Service: Any cancellations after reservation is made a week prior incurs 35% cancellation fee. Any attempt to cancel inside of 48 hour of trip is charged full price.
